front
and back.
It went together quickly. I used 8 different 5-inch strips with Daisy Janie's Boho-Chic pattern. The technique is really fun and the pattern is free! It's really a community scarf because 2 friends have borrowed it since last Friday.
I also finished my scrappy border this morning around 5:45.
Had to wait patiently for the sun to come up for this picture:
It really makes me think Spring!
The original plan was to enter it in thequiltshow's online contest then donate it Project Linus, but now it may stay at my house. So...does that make me a horrible person?
I'm linking these projects up at these fun places today:

Go see what everybody else is up to!
Happy weekend!

What a beautiful block!
Love those rainbow stars! What a sweet little quilt. I can see why it wants to stay at your house.
This looks really lovely. I know what you mean its hard to give them up sometimes!!
The star quilt looks great. Do not feel bad about keeping it. We all do that and another time you will give something.
Cute little quilt!
That is very pretty. Love the colours you've used.
Ooh, I love the new border! I wouldn't feel at all guilty for wanting to keep it. ;) It's beautiful!
Keeping quilts doesn't make you a horrible person, it makes you a happy (and warm) person.
