Orange sewing for Rainbow Challenge
My orange block looks quite similar to
this 1/2 yard remnant that came home with me this evening.
Another orange something:
We go through a lot of these at our house.
So yummy.
Isn't Daylight Savings wonderful?
The extra light after cleaning up the kitchen after dinner is such a treat.
I've been working on this oldie but goodie:
Just a few more squares, then binding!

Love you squares and quilt!
Orange seems to the be color right now. I have been noticing it a lot when I shop lately. Beautiful quilt!
I deeply admire the work of anyone who can sew. I even ask my daughter to sew buttons onto my jackets when they come off. I am not neat with a needle and thread, nor do I have patience. My idea of sewing Barbie clothes when I was little was to take a rectangular piece of cloth, fold it in the middle and cut a hole big enough for the doll's head. Then slip the garment over her head, tying it with a strip of the same colored cloth. I still sew that way today.
I was thinking about orange as I was driving around doing errands today. Orange used to be one of my least favorite colors and now there is joy when I am surrounded by it. It is a dreadful color on me when I wear it, though. I liked reading and seeing your visit with orange.
Nice orange block and that remnant is scrumptious.
Great orange block!
Wow--beautiful quilt! I admire anyone who can sew because it is not one of my skills or talents. In fact, I'm taking my daughter to grandma's house this week so they can sew together.
Beautiful quilt. I love the pops of orange in it. I also love those clementines and go through bags and bags of them!
Yes I sometime come home with fabric for the month. Cute block.
Great orange block and pretty quilt! I too just love having daylight back in the evening, even though I'm still looking at lots of snow. :-\
