Learned another great writing format from a Slicer!  I've noticed similar lists on other blogs, but never linked up.  I present to you...Currently March!

Listening to- Til Debt do Us Part. I've learned so much from this show- live on cash, save- still a work in progress

Loving- another Snow Day! still in my jammies.

Thinking- about which dessert to make for a friend's dinner

Wanting- to go back to school tomorrow

Needing- to finish painting the kitchen

???- Apple Barn, Joe's Crab Shack, Flapjacks.  Hmm...what could my question be?

Can't wait to try this with my first-graders.  I think it will be a great morning activity.  Thank you Carrie from Education in Ms. Horn's World.

March 4, 2013 Slice a lot like today!  Papa John's always sounds good.

Proverbs 4:26
Make level paths for your feet
and take only ways that are firm. NIV

Cool idea! So what dessert did you decide on making?

Favorite places to eat out? Could that be your question? I'm so glad that I'm not the only late link-uper! Blogger was acting up for me the last couple of days so I could post.

I too am curious about which dessert you decided upon! ;)

Debt is a hard one. We're still paying down student loans and STILL facing repercussions for not having made smart money choices 10 years ago. It's a work in progress but oh so needed!

Is your question favorites places to eat?!

I miss snow days, but they can also get old when you end up stuck at home.

I have found this structure useful when I don't know what to write. Helps to focus on the present moment. I hope that your students' writing will have some positive surprises.
