Summertime Alphabet
L is for Lemonade!
Colton cleaned up this morning at his annual Lemonade Stand.
He said, "I love keeping the change."
I know it's necessary, but it's sooo hard to deadhead flowers
that still look pretty.  I bring them in to enjoy as long as possible.
Getting my classroom decluttered for summer.
Here's the little gingerbread house Dad and I built.
It was a favorite reading spot
and great for playing house during rainy day recess.

Your gingerbread house is cute. I remember having a playhouse when I was younger that was a similar design. I was raised by a kindergarten teacher so that explains that.

That's a very inviting quilt on the lemonade stand - I'm sure it encouraged quite a few to stop and buy :) Your little bouquets of flowers will brighten up a couple of spots in your home until the blooms are finally finished - I love fresh flowers on the table! And that's an adorable little gingerbread house! I bet your students are as sorry to say goodbye to you as you are them.

There is nothing like a successful lemonade stand! Next time I visit one, I'll be sure to tell them "keep the change."

LOVE the gingerbread house!! I want to curl up in there with a book myself!
