make

Finished this wrinkly, little thready top.  I love it!
Already planning a pink one.
For some reason, the white fabric drew up during pressing.
Two of the little diamonds are wonkified.
I'd started a scrappy border but I'm thinking solid would be better.

Off to start my weeklong 45th Birthday festival!
Happy weekend!

Four patch blocks are my favorites. They look great no matter how you use them. I like the green and yellow diamond corners. I can't imagine why your white fabric would do that. Is it a brand you have used before?

Your white fabric may have polyester in it... it doesn't iron at the hot temps that cotton does. It is a cute quilt, and once there is batting and quilting you might not notice the troubles with the white.

What a cute quilt! I have had that same problem with fabric when a non cotton snuck into the mix. Hopefully it will quilt out though.

Looks good; I expect the unevenness will be absorbed by the quilting. Not to worry!

Love the super cute sashing. Did you design this yourself? Sweet way to use 4 patches.
