make

Finished this little sweetie last weekend.
It was a superfun quilt-along from Freckled Whimsy. Half-square triangles aren't scary at all. Just make them a little bigger than necessary so you can trim them up. Last Saturday night, I started straight-line quilting on the machine. Not my favorite, but it gets the job done. By 11:45, the binding was on!
In UFO news, this means there are only two (count 'em two!) pieced tops ready for quilting on my UFO project chair- the most handy place to store them.

Doing great on finishing things up. Enjoy your short week. We get Tuesday off, but not Monday. Planning to enjoy every minute though.

Such a cheerful little quilt! Great job on the finish. Enjoy your short week - my kids have school all week - no day off for veterans day in our county :(.
