Clearance stuff
I'd been visiting these little crocheted pretties at Michael's for several months.
  Now they live with me.

Snow day!  Our second one this school year!
Sorry, no tea parties on the patio today.
So I was at it again with the Pick-a-Pocket purse pattern.
This time, I pieced the half of the rectangles that would show (from jelly-roll strips) and used blue ticking for the lining.  Instead of cutting off 4-inch wide triangles from the bottom, I used 3-inches to make it more boxy- tote-ish, if you will :)  I pinned on one of the crocheted flowers, too.
Here's the other side:
Love!

Susanne, I love this purse/tote. I will have to check this pattern out. I noticed you even made it with a little boy in mind before. I love versatility. The crocheted flower is the perfect touch to your feminine version.
